This is a key role in our People & Culture team at Evolve. We currently employ c. 200 people which includes a bank workforce of c. 40. We use Iris Cascade for all HR & Payroll processing including their Recruitment Plus module which is provided by Networx. Effectively we have all the basics in place and are a well-established team.
This is a great role for someone who wants to develop their knowledge and skills as we will support you to explore all aspects of the HR function. You will provide support for the employee relations, resourcing, data and learning functions and general HR duties within a current team of 5 HR professionals. You will enjoy working in a collaborative, energetic team and will be given the opportunity to learn and grow your career.
This role can be full-time, up to 37.5 hours over 5 days but we are open to flexible working and will consider less hours (30) over 4 or 5 days β applicants will be asked to state their preference for us to consider during the process. Generally, we work 3 days a week from either the South Wimbledon office or other services, and 2 days from home β often Mondays and Fridays.
