Position Overview
This dynamic position focuses on delivering a high-quality Housing Management service working with our Rent and Income manager and their team. You will have operational oversight of our income collection processes, ensuring these are robust and being used effectively to achieve maximum income through rents and service charges. You will ensure that arrears are minimised and will work closely with external partners such as DWP, Local authorities and registered providers to deliver our financial objectives. You will have a strong commitment to professionalism, an eye for detail, work collaboratively, provide excellent customer service, address housing management matters proactively, provide responsive support and foster a positive environment where residents feel secure and valued. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑centred environment, enjoys building strong relationships, approaches challenges with compassion and a non‑judgmental attitude, and is motivated by finding practical solutions to support Evolve and its residents in achieving their goals.
Requirements
You will need to have the correct right to work in the UK, as Evolve does not have a sponsorship licence. You will need to be able to work shifts on a pre‑planned rolling rota – 5/7 days a week including mornings (from 7am), evenings (to 10pm) – these also include mid shifts and weekends.
