We are currently recruiting experienced Temporary Mixologists to work across Central London in some of the city's top bars, clubs, hotels, and corporate venues. Must be able to work evenings from 4/5pm during the week and weekends.
Pay: £18+ per hour
Location: Central London
Hours: Vary depending on site
Uniform: Site dependent
About the Role: You will be representing high-end venues, often working independently or as part of a small team. This role requires confidence, speed, and strong cocktail knowledge, with the ability to step into fast-paced environments and deliver exceptional service.
Key Requirements:
- Must have 2 years experience in the UK as a mixologist
- Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails (must know recipes off the top of your head)
- Confident shaking, building, and serving cocktails to a high standard
- Comfortable working independently when required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to assist with stock takes and bar set-ups when needed
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Friendly, positive personality with great customer interaction skills
