Evolve Hospitality is recruiting for a prestigious Sodexo site in Cambridge, and we’re looking for a culinary leader to take ownership of a brand-new menu and ensure it’s executed flawlessly every day.
- Lead a brigade of up to 5 chefs, inspiring them to deliver exceptional food with precision and consistency.
- Take ownership, problem-solve, and make key operational decisions in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
- Enjoy a structured 40-hour week across 7 days, with up to 2 weekends per month; closed on Bank Holidays and over Christmas.
- Free on-site parking is available, with a simple booking system to secure your space.
- Manage all kitchen administration, including:
- Weekly rota planning
- Compliance, due diligence, and food safety standards
