Are you a skilled, ambitious Head Chef looking for a high-profile opportunity to lead a talented team and make a real impact? Evolve Hospitality is recruiting for a prestigious Sodexo site in Cambridge, and we’re looking for a culinary leader to take ownership of a brand-new menu and ensure it’s executed flawlessly every day.

  • Lead a brigade of up to 5 chefs, inspiring them to deliver exceptional food with precision and consistency.
  • Take ownership, problem-solve, and make key operational decisions in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
  • Enjoy a structured 40-hour week across 7 days, with up to 2 weekends per month; closed on Bank Holidays and over Christmas.
  • Free on-site parking is available, with a simple booking system to secure your space.
  • Manage all kitchen administration, including:
  • Weekly rota planning
  • Compliance, due diligence, and food safety standards
  • Act as the ultimate point of accountability for the menu’s success — your team’s performance and the quality on every plate rests in your hands.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role.
