Evolve are looking for enthusiastic Bar Backs to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate and keen to deliver great customer service in various locations in and around Birmingham.
The desired applicant would have the following:
- Previous Bar Back experience
- An out-going personality that oozes confidence
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to change kegs/gas
- Must have steel toe cap safety shoes
What Evolve can offer you:
- Pay from £13.00 per hour
- Holiday pay is accumulated on top of your hourly rate. The more you work, the more holiday you accrue and you can take it whenever you wish.
- Working from different locations in and around Birmingham Monday-Sunday - Flexible Hours!
- Paid 4 weekly, Part time and temporary work, plenty of hours available
- Training (Allergen Certificate, Food Safety Level 2, COSHH, Manual Handling Training and Health and Safety Level 1)

Duties:
- Assisting the events team by setting up different areas
- Follow the instructions of events team
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards
- Moving heavy items across a large venue
- Closely work with multiple departments
