We operate at the top end of the US hedge fund market, including a multi-year retained engagement with one of the highest performing funds of all time. We run an RPO-style model powered by elite external recruiting partners. This role owns the operational engine that makes that model work. Having an agency recruiting background in this role is essential to lead the coordination and drive hiring process efficiencies across external partners and our internal team. You will have a direct impact on making some of the hardest and biggest deals in the industry happen… moving with pace, attention to detail and extreme organisational/project management skills.

What you will own:

  • Coordination of interview requests and make sure none slip the net.
  • Ensuring partners move from signed to productive fast.
  • Tracking submissions, responses, and drop-offs.
  • Making sure no candidate or client email goes un-actioned by the team.
  • Fixing broken processes across Workable, Slack, Notion, and email.

What good looks like:

  • Partners onboard smoothly and know exactly what “good” is.
  • Partner submissions are qualified, chased, and responded to.
  • Internal recruiters never miss client's interest or request.
  • Leadership has real-time visibility on contribution, not guesses.

You will not succeed here if:

  • You wait to be told what to do.
  • You confuse activity with outcomes.

Ideal background:

  • Recruiting operations, RPO, agency ops, or high-volume coordination with teeth.
  • Strong systems intuition.
  • Commercial awareness of cause and effect.
