We are searching for a Principal Recruiter to lead our Technology division.
SWE Lead: Your Launchpad
As the Software Engineer Recruitment Lead, you will deliver to a host of existing tier 1 clients actively hiring for $2 million of revenue in the US market. This role presents the rare opportunity for you to leverage a warm SWE pipeline and over 700 start-up clients that need proper attention. Utilising a consistent candidate flow from our hedge fund business, you will build a 270 desk servicing start-ups within the Tech industry. Establishing best practice, you will qualify active roles, match top talent and manage client accounts, with the support of a structured platform.
