We are searching for a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our Technology Division.
About the Role
As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you’ll join a desk aligned to $2M+ of active hiring demand across the US market. Rather than starting from scratch, you’ll gain exposure to 700+ start-up clients that already engage with our brand and require consistent, high-quality delivery. With a steady flow of software engineering candidates generated from our established hedge fund business, you’ll learn how to run a full 270 desk in the start-up tech space. You’ll be supported to qualify live roles, match top SWE talent and build confidence managing candidate and client interactions, all within a structured platform designed to accelerate your development and billing potential.

About you
You will be a Tech Recruiter: though you may be in the early stages of your career, you will have experience under your belt and be looking to step into a high-performance environment and accelerate your trajectory. With a results driven mentality and a fast-learning velocity, you will have a track record of managing clients as well as headhunting and engaging candidates.
You will also:
- Have delivery and billing experience in the Tech market
