This is a full‑time role for a Multi‑Skilled Technician based in the Manchester Area with frequent travel required. The role entails performing planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring facilities meet compliance requirements. Responsibilities also include managing critical systems, liaising with stakeholders, overseeing contractors, and performing various technical tasks to maintain operational excellence in the facilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems maintenance.
- NVQ level 2/3 and 18th edition preferable.
- Experience with equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Skills in compliance checks and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Capability to manage and oversee contractors and external vendors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
