Evolve Facility Services was established in 2010 and is one of the largest in-house service providers in the UK, with offices in Widnes, Liverpool, Leicester, Manchester, Carlisle and County Durham. We are proud to be part of The Riverside Group family and look after around 80% of Riverside's stock – that’s over 45,000 properties based across the Northwest, Northeast, North and Central regions of England. Our Mission is to keep our customers' homes safe, secure and well maintained – it’s what we do.

We are now looking for a Customer Resolution Officer to join our friendly team in Widnes to manage customer complaints and play a key part in the delivery of service excellence to our customers.

  • Fixed term contract: 6 months
  • 25 days' annual leave plus 8 UK bank holidays, increasing with length of service

What you’ll do:

  • In this crucial role, you’ll communicate with our customers regarding their complaint and ensure that their concerns are managed fairly and effectively.
  • You’ll enjoy investigating and resolving problems, which may involve liaising with different teams within Evolve.
  • You’ll have the ability to objection handle and negotiate a resolution that provides a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and our business.
