We’re looking for a proactive, creative Events & Sales Executive to join Evolve Events, an award-winning agency delivering standout events across London’s most exciting venues. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days look the same. You’ll be blending sales, venue finding and hands-on event delivery, taking briefs from first enquiry through to beautifully executed experiences. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to live enquiries with creative, commercial venue proposals and quotations
  • Translating client briefs into tailored venue and event solutions within budget
  • Attending and coordinating venue viewings and client site visits
  • Building event concepts across catering, production, styling, floristry and entertainment
  • Sourcing, negotiating, contracting and managing suppliers
  • Managing budgets, tracking costs and supporting profit analysis throughout the sales cycle
  • Keeping HubSpot CRM fully up to date with pipeline activity
  • Maintaining and developing our venue and supplier network
  • Representing Evolve at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Acting as a key client contact across your events

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in an events agency, hospitality, catering or event planning role
  • Strong knowledge of London venues and supplier networks
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially aware, literate, numerate and confident working with budgets
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
  • Confident communicator across phone, email and in person
  • Experience with Canva (preferred) and CRM systems such as HubSpot (desirable)
  • Calm under pressure, flexible, and genuinely client-focused
