We are particularly interested in someone who is excited by innovation, comfortable exploring new tools (including AI), and able to bring fresh thinking into how we approach marketing.

Role Purpose

The Head of Marketing will take ownership of all marketing activity across the Corbenyah group, developing and executing strategy across multiple brands and sectors. • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver marketing strategy
  • Confident working independently and taking full ownership
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance
  • Experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously
  • Interest in innovation and emerging marketing technologies, including AI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The ideal candidate

Technical skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CMS systems, and campaign management. Experience or interest in AI-driven marketing tools (e.g. content generation, automation, analytics) is essential.

Behavioural competencies: Self-starter, forward-thinking and comfortable working independently. Open to innovative ideas and confident testing and shaping innovative approaches.

Core strengths: Ownership, strategic thinking, creativity, and execution. Able to translate ideas into measurable outcomes.
