The role

You\’ll be supporting an adult female with mental health needs in her own home in Heswall. Our client has a spinal injury and is a wheelchair user, requiring 2:1 care 24hrs a day. You\’ll be supporting with her night time routine, personal care and observations throughout the night. This is a waking night role, and you\’ll be working alongside another member of staff on a sleeping night.

This vacancy is a full-time position consiting of 3-4 12hr waking night shifts per week (36-48hrs).

Requirements

Training

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and \”hands-on\” training by a Lead Nurse.

We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
