About The Role

Bayside Therapy Group is seeking two Remedial Massage Therapists to join its established clinic in Cheltenham. Experienced therapists are welcome to apply, with a particular focus on new graduates who are motivated to learn, develop their clinical skills and grow into confident practitioners.

The clinic recognises that graduating is only the beginning of a therapist’s professional journey. With a strong history of supporting and developing new graduates, Bayside Therapy Group offers an opportunity to bridge the gap between study and working confidently with clients in a busy clinical environment.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work alongside Steve, the clinic owner and senior therapist, who brings nearly 30 years of massage industry experience and a genuine passion for mentoring other practitioners. You will also work with an established team of experienced Remedial Massage Therapists and Myotherapists, providing exposure to a range of treatment styles, clinical approaches and areas of expertise.

The clinic is looking for therapists who are teachable, motivated, reliable and genuinely passionate about delivering quality care and building strong, lasting relationships with their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional remedial massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.




• Build positive, ongoing relationships with clients.




• Provide high-quality treatments that encourage client trust, satisfaction and rebooking.




• Develop clinical knowledge and practical treatment skills through mentoring and professional development.




• Work collaboratively with experienced Remedial Massage Therapists and Myotherapists.

• Build and maintain an established client base.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualification in Remedial Massage.




• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Days and Hours: Flexible for the right applicants.

Remuneration: To be confirmed with the employer. Quarterly rebooking bonuses are available based on individual client rebooking rates.
