We’re looking for a dynamic NOC Shift Manager to lead a team of 1st and 2nd Line Engineers during shift hours. You\’ll drive customer excellence, take control of major incidents, and be the go-to escalation point, all while coaching and developing a high-performing team. What You\’ll Do: * Lead incident and service request resolution with confidence and clarity * Manage ticket workflows and ensure SLAs are met * Be the escalation lead for major incidents and service disruptions * Coach and develop NOC engineers with clear progression paths * Drive performance improvements and streamline knowledge sharing What You Bring: * Proven leadership in a Support Desk or NOC environment * Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience * Coaching and performance management skills * Clear, confident communication, even under pressure * Passion for service excellence and team development Bonus if you have: * CCNA / Network+ certification * ITIL Foundation * At Evolve, you\’ll be joining a dynamic and passionate team that\’s committed to building something special.
