Position: Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid working from Wigan office 4 days per week with 1 day from home Department: Marketing Reports to: Head of Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Overview: The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and executing the annual marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer retention, and revenue growth across the Hospitality, Retail, and Quick Serve Restaurant segments. This role will focus on strategic planning, digital marketing, social outreach, and team leadership to drive both external engagement and internal support for sales and communication teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: * Oversee the execution of the 2025 marketing strategy across various channels, including social media, website, CRM, awards, and events. * Collaborate with external partners (MOZ, Digital Next, Very Vivid) and internal teams to ensure strategy alignment and seamless execution. * Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital advertising, SEO optimisation, and personalised customer engagement. Digital Marketing & Social Media: * Drive LinkedIn strategy, including organic content creation, paid ad campaigns, and employee advocacy to meet KPIs * Execute paid LinkedIn campaigns by boosting top-performing organic posts and implementing ad targeting strategies. * Support marketing executive with SEO improvements for the company website, enhancing traffic and engagement metrics Customer Retention & Engagement: * Develop strategies for customer segmentation and personalised marketing, using CRM data to drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives. * Oversee event planning, such as hosting annual customer events and private dining experiences to improve customer loyalty. Partnerships & Sponsorships: * Support in maintaining strategic partnerships, particularly in key industry verticals, to increase brand visibility and reach. * Collaborate on industry webinars, sponsorships, and content co-creation initiatives. Sales Team Support: * Collaborate with the sales team to create market research reports and sales-enabling content, such as white papers, case studies, and sales presentations. * Lead efforts in internal communication initiatives, such as all-hands meetings and company newsletters. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field desirable. * Experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in B2B industries like Hospitality or Retail. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, MOZ). * Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. * Experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing campaigns
