The IT Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our service delivery aspects in Evolve BG. Following all company guidelines regarding ordering and customer engagement. Ultimately, you will work in a fast-paced environment and you will be responsible for the accuracy of items shipped to our customers, handling inventory with care and attention to detail. Duties include: * Raising quotes for clients with suppliers & finding best price for purchasing IT equipment for clients amongst a few key suppliers. Placing orders with suppliers and booking in to Order Management Systems. * Raising Purchase Orders and goods receipts * Booking couriers for order collections or deliveries. * Booking deliveries received into order management system. * Managing license portals for clients. * Receiving and actioning tasks from the Client Portal. * Updating clients with progress on the tasks Orders. * Manage tasks to ensure they are completed in the agreed SLA/KPIs of the contract. * Collating data and preparation of weekly/monthly client reports. * Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as required maintaining confidentiality at all times. * General administration duties including filing of documents, management of own and shared inbox emails etc * Contributing to company objectives by meeting own performance objectives * Developing effective working relationships with customer contacts, internal IT team suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure effective results. * Willing to assist with other administration tasks as required to support the company. Person Specification * Proven work experience as an IT administrator or similar role. * Experience in supply chain management or related field is preferred. * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. * Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A very analytical mind, able to tackle a problem from different angles and make decisions quickly. * Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. * Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. * Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. * Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Exceptional customer service orientation
