Provisioning Coordinator

The Provisioning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the provisioning process across the business, working under the guidance of the Provisioning Manager. They manage customer and supplier communication throughout the ordering and installation of broadband circuits, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Acting as a point of contact for customers, whilst liaising with suppliers to coordinate the installation of services in line with project timelines.

• Engage with customers during the ordering and installation of new broadband circuits, keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Liaise with suppliers during the ordering and installation stages of broadband circuits.
• Provide quotes to customers for new devices when applicable.
• Maintain a confident and professional telephone manner when delivering or receiving updates.

• Work closely with internal teams and customers to coordinate new site installations.
• Ensure all necessary equipment for installations is available and in stock.
• Follow procedures when shipping equipment to sites, including notifying relevant teams (e.g., Accounts for billing purposes).

• Perform data input on internal systems.
• Ensure accuracy when exporting and transferring data between supplier and internal portals.
• Conduct regular stock checks for auditing and inventory control.

• Previous experience within a provisioning role.
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication and good listening skills.
• Works well within a team.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Confident and excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Must be committed and willing to learn.
• Enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
• UK Diving Licence (preferred).
