An exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join the team as the front of house coordinator for the City Centre Academy.
The role involves delivering the highest level of customer service by welcoming learners and clients and facilitating the smooth day‑to‑day running of the academy.
What You’ll Do
You will need to be an excellent communicator, organized and thrive on providing exceptional customer service to clients, customers and staff.
- Meet and greet clients, learners and employers.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date record of all academy stock.
- Keep the reception area clean, inviting, and overall professional.
- Create and proactively monitor client appointments by telephone, in person and online.
- Maintain systems of learner attendance and activity.
- Consult with customers via email and/or telephone.
- Book potential candidates for drop‑in sessions.
- Support the induction of new candidates into the programme.
- Answer telephone calls quickly, warmly and efficiently.
- Welcome all academy visitors professionally.
- Promote treatments and products to clients.
- Ensure the academy is fully stocked with all training materials and supplies.
- Ensure the academy is presentable throughout the day and all facilities are regularly checked.
- Display retail products and promotions.
- Take client bills.
- Cash up and complete necessary administration procedures.
