A bit about what you will be doing:

  • We are looking for an experienced and skilled Events Coordinator to join the team. You will contribute to the delivery of The Evolv Collection sales strategy and must have excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Responsible for coordinating core business enquiries from the top corporate clients and other events initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maximise private dining, exclusive hires and group bookings, cross selling and up selling as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain the agent, corporate, corporate travel and event organiser databases.
  • Responsible for updating the document library, templates and collateral in order to maximise conversion of private dining, group booking events and exclusive hires.
  • Support the Events team with corporate research, report building and data finding.
  • Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as requested.
  • General administration support as required.
