A bit about what you will be doing

We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at 20 Stories, Manchester!

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Bar Manager to curate an exceptional guest experience.

Utilizing your expertise in mixology, cocktails, and wine, you'll assist in leading the team during service, ensuring each guest receives top-notch service.

Building lasting relationships with our discerning guests will be a key focus, as you contribute to fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Collaborating with the management team, you'll support in setting the standard for innovation by contributing creative ideas and assisting in the development of trend-setting cocktails.

Your keen eye for financial management will aid in meticulously controlling costs and contributing to menu crafting that reflects industry trends, helping us maintain our position as a leading destination in the bar scene.
