The Senior Receptionist / Events Coordinator supports the smooth operation of reception, large bookings, and events by acting as a central coordination point between guests and clients. The role is responsible for managing complex reservations, group bookings, and events administration, while assisting both the Events Manager and Reception Manager in planning, communication, and service delivery.
A key function of the role is the preparation and management of accurate function sheets and booking summaries to ensure all departments are fully briefed and aligned.
