The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your section efficiently, maintaining high food standards, and supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently excellent dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook dishes to company standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.

- Assist with stock control and waste management.
