Evolution is seeking a highly analytical and inquisitive Diagnostics Project Analyst to join our growing healthcare consultancy team. This role sits within our Diagnostics Capability Enablement proposition and focuses on helping NHS organisations understand, improve and transform diagnostic services. You will work closely with healthcare leaders to assess current performance, identify opportunities and support the delivery of sustainable improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting reviews of NHS diagnostic services and operational performance.
  • Analysing capacity, demand, productivity and pathway performance data.
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
  • Developing structured findings and recommendations.
  • Creating executive-level reports and presentations.
