volution are on the lookout for a reliable and eager Recruitment Resourcer to help support the team based in Mansfield as we go through an exciting growth period. The role is on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to take your first steps in to the recruitment sector with a developing company and an excellent reputation.
Recruitment Resourcer duties will include:
- Candidate phone screening and interviewing
- CV formatting and preparation
- Inducting our employees on client’s sites
- Shortlisting
- Using local job centres
- Administration
- Attending job fairs
- Database and system management
To be a successful Recruitment Resourcer you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous industry experience is not essential and the most important ingredient is energy and drive.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and able to deal with volume emails.
- Creative and ability to think outside the box.
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Professional, dedicated work ethic.
- Desirable although by no means as essential a great attitude and desire to learn new skills.
The Recruitment Resourcer salary and hours are negotiable - full driving license is essential due to attending client sites etc., full training will be provided.
