What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?
You’ll work in a high-energy, supportive environment. As a recruiter, your role involves networking within your chosen vertical to build relationships with clients and candidates. We’d love to hear from experienced tech recruiters with a "sky’s the limit" mentality.
In return, we offer an attractive benefits package:
- Basic salary of £35,000
- 1st Year OTE: £60,000
- 2nd Year OTE: £100,000
- 3rd Year OTE: £120,000+
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Christmas shutdown
- Quarterly incentives, including trips across Asia (Bali, Phuket, Bangkok, etc.), plus lunches and drinks
- Annual global incentives to destinations like Barbados, New York, Las Vegas, Miami, and Tokyo
