Evolution is recruiting for a Project Coordinator / Portfolio Coordinator / Project Administrator / Project Support to join our Project Delivery function and be part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

To be considered, you must have project coordination / project support experience gained within a consultancy environment and also have great relationship building skills and be someone who can influence and keep projects on track.

Position Overview

  • This role is at the heart of our project delivery function and you will be the glue that holds our projects together.
  • You will be responsible for tracking, recording and reporting on all project delivery as well as acting as the central point of information flow for projects
  • The Project Coordinator / Portfolio Coordinator / Project Administrator / Project Support maintains central records for the portfolio including deliverable tracking, budget vs actual and risk log.
  • Another key responsibility will be providing an overview to stakeholders, escalating risks and managing issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns all data entry for live projects in CMap
  • Owns processes ensuring contractors are paid and clients billed.
  • Owns reporting to senior management by collecting and analysing project information and metrics to show trends in project performance.
  • Oversees project initiation activities including the preparation and facilitation of project kick-off meetings
  • Oversees the production of essential project management and project delivery documentation such as agendas, reports and presentations for all live projects ensuring standardisation across the portfolio.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record as a Project Coordinator, Portfolio Coordinator, Project Administrator or Project Support
  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment dealing with multiple projects and clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Detailed orientated and financially literate
  • Solid organisation skills and able to understand and communicate complex status changes in a concise and coherent manner is key.
