We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to raise the standard of our sales and recruiter hiring - someone who can influence senior leaders, stay hands-on and deliver high-quality hires that strengthen the business.

What you will be responsible for:

  • You will own the hiring into our contract business, with a clear focus on improving the quality of our hires and maximising long-term retention.
  • Directly sourcing ambitious, high-potential and proven sales and recruiter talent.
  • Targeting candidates from demanding, high-performance environments.
  • Running structured, evidence-based interviews.
  • Making confident hiring decisions based on long-term potential and fit.
  • Building pipelines of people we genuinely want to hire.
  • Work within our 3-stage competency-based IR process with scope to improve it over time using data, insight and AI.
