Company Overview

We are proud to be representing a leading UK design and marketer of technical outdoor clothing and equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company based in a modern office with a wealth of company benefits.

Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate German speaking Sales Administrator who will be able to assist with the continual year-on-year growth working within the UK/EU sales team covering both British and European territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and credits
  • Answering retail customer queries regarding order information, stock and product information
  • Accurate maintenance of customer records
  • Taking, inputting and monitoring urgent pre-season orders
  • Providing sales and admin support to the external GAS sales team
  • Generating weekly sales reports for the sales team & management
  • Reconciliation of the intercompany accounts for months end
  • Other ad hoc duties to support the sales office during busy periods

Essential Requirements

  • Native or fluent in German
  • Experience within sales administration
  • Ability to prioritise especially when working within fast-paced environments
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel to manipulate data (VLOOKUP & formula)
  • A passion for the outdoors and a working knowledge or interest in outdoors equipment and products

Advantageous Qualities

  • Experience of using an ERP system would be advantageous (we use Microsoft Navision) but full training will be given.
  • Other European languages
  • Experience of other Microsoft Office software such as Word/Outlook/Power Point
