Our approach to recruitment is distinctive and unique: Other recruitment agencies might talk about being "consultative" and "no cold calling" but we are genuine when we say it. We have a content led approach to recruitment which allows you to build proper relationships with clients and candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be supported in hosting Podcasts and travel to the Nordics region at least once a quarter to meet clients & candidates. It is all about collaboration, relationship building and being a problem solver - not a product pusher.
