We have a content-led approach to recruitment which allows you to build proper relationships with clients and candidates You’ll be supported in hosting ️ Podcasts and traveling around Europe once a quarter to meet clients & candidates We believe recruitment is all about collaboration, relationship building and being a problem solver – not a product pusher What will you be doing as Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls, podcasts and face-to-face meetings) Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards plus headhunting via social media channels Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates Reaching out to new and existing clients to ascertain their hiring needs Does this describe you?
