Our client is a leading independent supplier of door and patio canopies with a well-established reputation within this competitive sector with their head office based in Lancashire. Due to the rapid growth within the company they are now seeking an Internal Sales Manager to effectively handle the inbound enquiries to ensure the growth is maintained. The business benefits from nationwide coverage with an attractive uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic, forward-thinking sales professional with a proven track record of converting inbound enquiries to sales.
  • The ideal candidate will have a reassuring disposition as the target audience will be within the 55+ age range.
  • You will be answering calls, E-Mails and advising customers accordingly.

Requirements

  • Have telesales, inbound sales or internal sales experience.
  • Previous experience in B2C sales, B2B sales or outbound sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the client.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with a professional approach.
  • Experience using a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Salary and Work Pattern

  • Package includes an attractive salary of up to £18,000 dependent on experience with uncapped commission with a realistic OTA of £22,000 in the first year.
  • Working hours are 09.00 – 17.00 Monday.
