About the job

This is not a traditional marketing role focused on vanity metrics, followers or generic brand awareness. We need someone who understands how marketing can support sales conversations, account development, lead follow-up, consultant credibility and talent attraction. You will work closely with our senior leadership and sales teams across Evolution Nordics, Evolution Gaming and Evolution Digital Health brands, helping us turn customer problems, market insight and proof of delivery into practical assets that help consultants win better conversations and create more opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys executing as well as contributing to strategy.

  • Improve our website messaging and structure so it supports sales, not just brand awareness
  • Help shift our positioning from recruitment-led to more consultancy-led language
  • Support complex stakeholder selling at C suite level
  • Maintain client feedback systems for projects
  • Turn customer problems from podcasts, client conversations and sales activity into clear messaging and follow-up assets including social media
  • Support on creation of thought leadership pieces within Digital Health
  • Build a structured case study engine that consultants can actually use
  • Help us get more commercial value from our podcasts by turning insights into leads, content and credibility
  • Support key events, especially in Gaming and Digital Health, so they become conversion engines rather than just gatherings
  • Build stronger pre-event and post-event follow-up processes
  • Strengthen our local employer brand so Evolution becomes a top destination for ambitious sales talent in the Birchwood and Warrington area
  • Use AI and automation to improve the speed and quality of content, case studies and sales enablement material
  • Work closely with consultants and managers to understand what marketing support will genuinely help them win business
