As a Compliance Administrator, you will sit at the heart of operational delivery & compliance. You’ll safeguard the integrity of our processes by validating right-to-work, issuing compliant contracts and maintaining precise records across all systems. Your work ensures that every contractor and client experiences a smooth, professional and compliant experience.
What You’ll Do
- Contractor Onboarding: Validate details, conduct right-to-work checks, issue contracts and manage the reference & vetting process.
- Client Compliance: Prepare accurate contracts.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain precise records across various systems and complete monthly audits and MI reporting.
- Support Delivery: Approve timesheets, resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point for contractor compliance queries and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven administration / coordination experience gained in a recruitment or sales environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
