Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JAVA Software developer to join the RTI/CBS team within Tax Admin. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Java, Spring Boot, and WebLogic, and will contribute to the delivery, stability, and ongoing improvement of key services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using PL/SQL and Java.
- Build and enhance application components and services using Spring Boot.
- Ensure code adheres to established engineering standards and practices.
- Support and deploy applications running on WebLogic.
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful integration of new features and components.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including performance concerns and system defects.
Quality & Collaboration
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Engage collaboratively within a cross functional team to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Active SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong experience with PL/SQL development.
- Proven background in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on WebLogic.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced delivery environment.

- Experience working with large, complex enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with structured delivery processes or Agile team environments.
