About the Role: We’re looking for an Email Marketing, Loyalty and CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team at Evolution Power Tools. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and manage our email marketing channel and loyalty programs, driving customer engagement, retention, revenue and long-term loyalty. Working closely with our Marketing & eCommerce Sales Teams, you will be tasked with optimising and expanding our successful email marketing campaigns. You'll take responsibility for our email database, plan and execute campaigns, and analyse their performance to enhance future strategies. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing loyalty programs that increase customer lifetime value and drive repeat purchases.
Main Tasks:
- Develop and maintain email and SMS marketing calendars for all European markets with direct-to-consumer websites.
- Plan, build and optimise campaigns and flows using Klaviyo, with a focus on driving key performance metrics.
- Track and analyse performance data using email data KPI’s and other analytics. Leverage insights to create improved performance.
- Segment email lists based on user type, behaviours and demographics for personalised outreach.
- Optimise campaigns through A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, send times) to improve open rates and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to craft and produce engaging on-brand content and assets for email marketing that speak directly to the target audience.
- Implement the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy from onboarding to reactivation.
- Manage current loyalty programmes aimed at enhancing customer retention and increasing repeat business. Continuously improve programmes based on customer feedback and data.
- Build reporting systems to track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversation rates, and attributed revenue across campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and a seamless customer journey across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Customer Services and Sales Teams to funnel PPC/SEO leads into email campaigns.
- Report directly to the Head of DTC Marketing and contribute to overall digital marketing strategies.
- Understand and stay up to date with compliance considerations (GDPR, opt-in processes etc).
- Investigate and suggest new CRM channels (such as WhatsApp).
Abilities, Experience & Skills:
- Essential: Previous experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo is preferred).
- Proven ability to analyse data to optimise email performance and drive revenue growth.
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on reporting and analytics.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills, with attention to tone of voice.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- A team player who can actively contribute across multiple teams.
- Desirable: Shopify or ecommerce platform experience.
- French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, German, or Polish language would be advantageous.
