Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Account Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve client and organisational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for New Business accounts, and upselling and cross-selling additional products or services into existing.
  • Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Use data analytics to track account performance, develop actionable insights and support customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal & external meetings.
  • Use insights to inform account strategies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • 1 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role with New Business history
