Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Account Strategy Development:
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve client and organisational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for New Business accounts, and upselling and cross-selling additional products or services into existing.
- Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Use data analytics to track account performance, develop actionable insights and support customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal & external meetings.
- Use insights to inform account strategies and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability and willingness to travel
- 1 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role with New Business history
