Evolution Power Tools is seeking a motivated, Spanish-speaking Junior E-Commerce Executive to support the growth of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations in Spain. This role offers hands-on exposure across website management, digital marketing, and marketplace performance in a fast-growing international business. The successful candidate will combine commercial awareness, creativity, and analytical thinking to help drive sales and improve performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- E-commerce & Trading Support
- Assist in managing the Spanish e-commerce website and marketplaces
- Support the creation and execution of trading and promotional plans
- Help develop digital marketing strategies and customer journeys
- Contribute to email campaigns and automation initiatives
- Market Expansion (Spain)
- Support the company’s growth within the Spanish market
- Apply local knowledge to shape campaigns and website optimisation
- Ensure effective product positioning and customer targeting
- Localise product listings, website content, and marketing materials
- Ensure content reflects Spanish language nuances and cultural relevance
- Work with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Market & Performance Analysis
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Analyse campaign, marketplace, and website performance
- Track KPIs and provide insights to improve conversion and engagement
- Work closely with DTC Manager and wider marketing teams
- Share insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Support continuous improvement in performance and processes
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong cultural understanding
