Role Type: Permanent, 39hrs p/week

Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm

Friday – 8am – 4pm

You may be required to work outside normal hours or on additional days, depending on business needs.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our team as the primary instore representative, building strong relationships with retail partners to drive distribution, availability, execution, and sales growth, while feeding valuable insights back into the wider business. This role is home-based, due to the extent of travel required. The ideal candidate will be based in Birmingham, Coventry or Leicester or surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve agreed revenue targets for assigned accounts or regions. Deliver year-on-year growth in key retail channels.
  • Distribution Expansion: Increase Drive range, space, and stock improvements by increasing distribution, availability, and shelf presence, identifying new listing opportunities, and advising on store-relevant product ranges.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Ensure excellent in-store execution, with products correctly merchandised to planograms and promotional displays, priced, and presented to Evolution standards, supporting seasonal changes, NPD, branded fixtures and POS implementation.
  • Promotional Execution: Deliver successful promotional campaigns (seasonal offers, bundles, etc.). Track ROI on promotions and optimise for future campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for stores, building strong working relationships with Store Managers and Shift Leads.
