Hours: 38hrs p/week

Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm

Friday – 8am – 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and industry trends. Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve client and organisational objectives. Identify opportunities for New Business accounts, and upselling and cross-selling additional products or services into existing.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Use data analytics to track account performance, develop actionable insights and support customers. Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal & external meetings.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities. Use insights to inform account strategies and recommend improvements.

Experience and Skills required:

Essential:

  • A highly motivated self-starter
  • A collaborative and professional approach
  • A problem solver capable of delivering sound logical arguments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable numeracy and analytical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Desirable:

  • 1 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role with New Business history
