The role
As part of our International Graduate Programme, you’ll work alongside senior leadership and Board‑level sponsors on strategic projects that shape the future of our business across the UK, Europe, the US, and China. This is about real decisions, real responsibility, real impact.
You’ll contribute to projects spanning:
- Corporate strategy, business growth
- Digital transformation & data‑led decision making
- Sustainability initiatives
- Organisational change & operating model design
Who we’re looking for
- A Master’s‑level graduate
