About the Role
We are currently looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join our team working within primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sport, physical education, and making a positive impact on children's development. As a Sports Coach, you will deliver engaging PE and football sessions, follow structured lesson plans, and create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children can develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of physical activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality PE and football coaching sessions.
- Follow lesson plans and school policies.
- Motivate and engage children of all abilities.
- Promote teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Manage behaviour effectively and professionally.
- Liaise with school staff and represent the organisation professionally.
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Valid sports coaching or sports-related qualification.
- Experience working with children in a school or coaching environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering PE lessons preferred.
- Football coaching qualifications.
- First Aid certification.
