The Role
You will be target driven and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the customers' best interests are at the heart of what you do. This is a challenging, rewarding role where you will be supported in developing your skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of leads via multi channels
- Deliver excellent customer service through an evaluation of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best suited to them
- Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
- Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
- Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
- Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
Essential Criteria
- Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, desirable; the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided).
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role.
- Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week.
