Key Responsibilities:- Management of leads via multi channels
- Deliver excellent customer service through an evaluation of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best suited to them
- Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
- Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
- Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
- Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification is desirable; the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided).
Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week.
