At Royston Hospital, we perform a wide range of diagnostic, interventional and surgical procedures. With a long-standing history of serving our community, we are proud to be the number one provider of private surgical services in Hawke’s Bay.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital, by assessing and completing cleaning tasks around patient movements. You will also be involved in regular audits of hygiene standards, ensuring that cleaning schedules are adhered to. This is a casual position and is located at Royston Hospital in Hastings.

As the Housekeeper, you will be able to use initiative and think outside the box. You will also have a high standard of personal appearance and possess the following qualities/skills:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to take direction
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physically fit
