You will define and shape the next phase of growth by identifying, evaluating, and developing new product and market opportunities. You will bring structure, pace, and commercial rigour to opportunity assessment, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic priorities.

What You Will Do:
  • Evaluate market trends, to identify new product and market expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with our existing customer, aligning our new product roadmap to customer requirements, validating demand etc.
  • Using internal / external market intel, build high-quality business cases for executive and board level decision-making.
  • Create high-level delivery roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering.
  • Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership.
What You Will Bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience in Product, Strategy, or Commercial roles.
  • Proven experience of identifying and shaping new product and market expansion opportunities.
  • Strong experience in payments and fintech, ideally with exposure to global account-to-account (A2A) payment schemes and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated track record of building high-quality, data-driven business cases for executive and board-level decision-making.
  • Experience translating strategy into clear, high-level product roadmaps, working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience defining and delivering go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including target segments, positioning, pricing, and commercial models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Product, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership teams around a clear strategic direction.
