Evolution Growth Partners has partnered with one of the most exciting businesses scaling in stablecoin payments.
Our client is a fast-growing stablecoin treasury platform building the infrastructure that lets institutions move, hold and settle in stablecoins at scale. Backed and led by a founder with a strong track record in payments, the business has grown quickly across Europe and the US and is now scaling out its commercial and product functions to match. It's an early-stage-feeling environment inside a company that's already winning serious institutional business — fast-moving, hands-on, and short on bureaucracy.
We are engaging senior sales professionals — Senior Sales Executives, Senior Account Executives, Business Development Managers — with a track record of new business growth in payments, capable of working in a fast-paced and scaling environment.
What we're looking for:
- Genuine senior, quota-carrying sales experience — ideally within fintech, payments, or PSPs, though we're open on the specific background
- A proven track record of driving new business growth, ideally across financial institutions, fintech, PSPs or adjacent corporate sectors such as travel
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; this is an early-stage-feeling environment inside a scaling business
- Payments knowledge is a prerequisite; stablecoin or crypto experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we're placing more weight on cultural fit, intelligence and personal drive
Remuneration is dependent on the candidate but will include a competitive base salary (circa £100k-£130k), commission starting at 15% and accelerating to 25%, plus equity with significant growth potential. Candidates outside this range will be considered if they can demonstrate commensurate success.
