We are recruiting for multiple clients. All are very well funded and scaling operations across Europe.
Our client is hiring a cohort of Enterprise Sales Managers to drive new business across four strategically important verticals: CFDs, payroll, maritime, and crypto & digital assets. These are complex, high-value sales into sophisticated clients β think trading firms, global payroll providers, international shipping operators, and crypto exchanges β all of whom have specific, demanding payments needs that our client is uniquely positioned to solve.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting target accounts through to structuring commercial proposals and closing. This isn't a transactional sales role β these are consultative, relationship-driven deals that require genuine sector knowledge and the ability to navigate complex organisations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and drive new business development within your vertical, building and managing a pipeline of enterprise-level prospects
- Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end β outreach, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, and close
- Develop deep knowledge of your sector's payments pain points and position the platform's capabilities as the solution
- Build and maintain senior relationships with decision-makers across compliance, treasury, finance, and technology functions
- Work closely with product, legal, compliance, and onboarding teams to structure deals that are commercially sound and deliverable
- Represent client and market feedback internally, helping to shape product development and go-to-market strategy
- Hit and exceed revenue targets, reporting pipeline and forecast accurately to senior leadership
What They're Looking For
- A proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales within payments, fintech, or financial services β you've sold complex solutions to sophisticated buyers and you can demonstrate the numbers to prove it
- Genuine sector knowledge in one or more of the following: CFDs / capital markets, payroll & workforce payments, maritime & trade finance, or crypto & digital assets
- Understanding of the payments landscape β how businesses move money, where the friction is, and what good looks like β you don't need to be a scheme expert, but you need to speak the language
- Experience selling into senior stakeholders across treasury, finance, compliance, and technology
- A self-starter mindset β you're comfortable building pipeline from scratch and don't need a large SDR function propping you up
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where processes are still being built and your input genuinely shapes how things are done
